Parking
Where should I park?
Parking in downtown Keene can be complicated. There are several places to park near our meeting location. However, we are not permitted to use the middle section of the Hannah Grimes Parking Lot. Unfortunately, those who do not park in the correct spots will risk being towed (not by the church but by other businesses). Please read this full description of the parking situation to avoid being towed.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- At the front of the Hannah Grimes Center (Roxbury St Entrance), there are 7 parking spots located right up against the building.
We are permitted to use the left 5 parking spots that are against the Hannah Grimes Center. These spots are marked by signs saying "staff parking" and are right up against the front of the building.
These spots are reserved for visitors and the elderly. Please note that these parking spots are only available on Sunday Morning.
- There is a parking lot behind the building that we are free to use (Church St Entrance). This parking lot is called the Wells Street/Church Street lot. (Please see the picture to the left). We are permitted to use as much of that parking lot as we want. However, it is a public lot so it is first come first served. This lot is free on the weekends and after 5 PM on weekdays. If you park in this lot, please enter the building using the door that faces that lot (it is marked for the Hannah Grimes Center). We will have signs in the building directing everyone from there.
- If the first two lots are full, please park along the street or anywhere downtown that is available. Parking is free downtown on the weekends and after 5 PM on weekdays.
